Metro Van Tennis proudly presents its Jumpstart: Beginners Intro to Tennis Program, designed to provide a strong foundation in tennis for those new to the sport. Hosted by experienced and passionate instructors, this program is perfect for individuals who want to learn the fundamentals of tennis in a fun, supportive, and inclusive safe learning environment. With years of coaching experience, our Certified Tennis BC instructors bring a wealth of expertise and a proven approach to making learning enjoyable and effective. Whether you're aiming to hit your first serve or master the basics, our program will guide you every step of the way. Program Features: Introduction to Tennis Fundamentals: Learn the essential skills, including proper grip, basic strokes (forehand, backhand, volley), and footwork. Fun & Engaging Lessons: Our coaches create an interactive and positive atmosphere where beginners feel comfortable and motivated to learn. Personalized Attention: Small class sizes ensure you get plenty of one-on-one feedback from our experienced instructors. Progressive Learning: We build upon each lesson, ensuring that as you develop confidence and skills, you’re always moving forward in your tennis journey. Certified Tennis BC Coaches: Gain insights from instructors who are certified by Tennis BC, bringing quality instruction and knowledge to every class. Who Can Join: This program is open to anyone looking to get started with tennis! No prior experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a desire to learn. Tennis balls provided and loaner racquets are available on a limited basis but it is recommended participants bring their own racquet. Weather related cancelations are made directly by Metro Van Tennis at latest 30 minutes prior to the session time.
