About this program
$10 Fitness Foundations Each week focuses on a different area of the body, where you will learn and perform exercises you can incorporate into your own workouts. The goal of this class is to build strength, improve confidence, and help you feel more comfortable using weights and moving in the gym. Each class will focus on strengthening the upper body or the lower body and finish with core work, using a mix of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. The class will emphasize good form and progressions, leaving you feeling stronger and more confident. This small group training session is led by certified personal trainer and former NCAA Division I athlete, Molly, who draws on her experience and expertise to help you build your exercise toolkit.
