This class focuses on waking up your muscles with deep stretches, as well as core strength intervals to help improve your balance and stability, core strength, and muscle tone through the use of Pilates bender balls. Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file. Drop-in fee: $10 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants) Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program.
