About this program

Come express yourself through lyrical and basic ballet dance! Learn proper breathing, strengthening, stretching, and the fundamentals of ballet. Students will enjoy a better understanding of their body and develop muscle memory. No previous experience required. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
