Combine cardio, strength and core in this hybrid class. A full body workout that aims to support you on your fitness journey wherever you are. Suitable for all levels. As of December 1, 2025 entry to fitness classes will not be permitted after the class has started. To best set yourself up for success we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your class.
