Week 2a - This Minecraft Master Class is all about building games inside the game. Children will design and prototype their own mini-games—parkour challenges, PvE arenas, puzzle rooms, adventure maps, and multiplayer experiences inspired by popular creator-style servers and YouTube gameplay. Using the latest Java Edition, they’ll learn core game-design skills like player flow, rules and balance, level layout, redstone mechanics, testing, iteration, and feedback. By the end of the camp, small teams will showcase original, playable mini-games built for real players. Bring your laptop. NOTE: We play on the full (PC) Java edition of Minecraft ($29.99 CA).
