About this program

Delve into intermediate tumbling and acrobatic dance. Build confidence, flexibility and strength while mastering advanced balances, walkovers and basic tumbling. Pre-requisite: Instructor referral or proficiency in backbend from standing into bridge, handstand with straight legs over head and cartwheel on both sides. Dress code in effect.
