This is the pre-requisite for all rehab programs. Meet the personal trainer and discuss goals, health history, assessment, and exercise experience. Most importantly, this will ensure your safety while being physically active. After the consultation, the trainer will have enough information to create a personalized program for you that will be ready for you on day one!
