Adapted Aqua Movement

About this program

This 45 minute class is designed to meet the needs of those with physical disabilities and/or cognitive impairments in a low-ratio, sensory friendly environment. Low impact exercises will focus on movements to help improve activities of daily living with reduced stress on joints in the body. Class is held in the shallow area of the warm therapy pool. Those requiring 1:1 support to participate in the water are asked to bring their own support person at no additional charge.
