About this program

This course is for adults with no previous swimming experience and who want an introduction to the water. Beginner swimmers will develop comfort in the water and learn breathing techniques, floats, glides and kicks. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
