Recommended: Completed Adult Intermediate Swimmer 2. Adult Advanced Swimmer 3 is equivalent to Swimmer 5 & 6. Master front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Continue your fitness training with a 300m workout, sprint challenges and interval training. Learn eggbeater, diving and compact jumps. Further develop treading water and underwater skills. NOTE: Participants cannot be registered for more than one set of lessons at a time and must successfully complete the prerequisite level before registering for the next level.
