About this program

This class is designed for any parents and caregivers of children 0 - 5 years of age. Practice hatha yoga in this relaxed yoga environment alongside your baby or toddler and be able to attend to your child's needs at any time. Toddlers are welcome to participate if they choose to do so. We will focus on breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Strollers are welcome. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
