This level 2 course is meant to provide a replenishing pause with a two part, 3.5-hour evening workshop exploring further yoga asana, breathing and meditative practices as we prepare for winter solstice and the season of light. Yoga nidra helps provide nourishing, deep rest - a gift for yourself that keeps giving.
