A modern martial art with an emphasis on personal growth and development. Non-competitive and non-combative; can be practiced at any age and level. Physical benefits include core strength, coordination, flexibility, and mobility. Mental benefits include reduction of stress and anxiety, increase in focus and concentration, calmness and mindfulness. Refund Policy: A prorated refund is available for any withdrawals prior to the start of the 3rd class. Once the 3rd class starts, no refund will be provided.
