About this program

Capoeira is a multidisciplinary Martial Art from Brazil. Through fun and engaging indoor and outdoor games, challenges, and movement exercises, class content will focus on developing confidence, rhythm, reflexes, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. In one week students will noticeably improve their general athletic ability relative to any sport or martial art discipline.
