About this program

Capoeira is a unique Afro-Brazilian art form that combines martial arts, music, dance, acrobatics, culture, and language in a fun and supportive environment. Classes focus on developing rhythm, reflexes, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Students will learn Capoeira movements, partner drills, music, songs, and cultural traditions while training at their own pace. Open to all experience levels. Beginners are welcome. *Uniform is required after 1 month for participation. Class does not pro-rate, monthly rate only $25/drop in No class Oct 12
