Space Permitting - Drop-in $20 These ongoing classes cover all aspects of Capoeira; martial-arts, dance, music, acrobatics, culture, language and more. It focuses on developing the student's rhythm, reflexes, balance, co-ordination and increasing strength and flexibility as they learn. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor. Students $20 enrolled in this class, must have approval from the instructor. This is an advanced program: students should have a full knowledge of basic movements as this class will have an emphasis on advanced movements and sequences in Capoeira. Classes cover all aspects of Capoeira: martial arts, dance, music, acrobatics, culture, language and more. *Uniform is required to join class Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities) Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT : If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-in . s will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
