Baby & Me Yoga classes are perfect occasions for birthing parent and new baby to bond over mindful yoga postures & breathing exercises, while your baby is stimulated physically, emotionally and socially. Expect postures to enhance strength, flexibility & balance, which help restoration & healing after delivery. Previous yoga experience is not necessary. $19/Drop in, as space allows space permitting Class located in CFEC, near Grandview Park
