Babysitter Training

About this program

The Child Safe Canada Babysitter Training course provides participants with the skills and confidence to become safe, responsible babysitters. Participants will learn about babysitting responsibilities, child safety, basic first aid, emergency procedures, meal and snack time safety, diapering, age-appropriate play, child development, and basic childcare skills. This practical course helps prepare participants to care for children of different ages safely and confidently.
