Focus is on the mechanics of the arm action, body position, flutter kick, and underwater pull. Recommended for those who need extra help in Swimmer 2 and up. NOTE: Participants cannot be registered for more than one set of lessons at a time and must successfully complete the prerequisite level before registering for the next level.
