About this program

Advance badminton skills by improving footwork, overhead shots and longer rallies while enhancing coordination and confidence. Develop game sense through engaging drills and play while learning simple strategies for singles and doubles to support enjoyable and successful match play. Pre-requisite: previous badminton experience. Instructed by Badminton BC.
