About this program

A gentle class for the curious student. Designed for those who have little to no ballet experience this class will teach you the basic positions (arms, feet, body). You will work on balance, stretch and strength and proper ballet lines through traditional exercises in a supportive and fun environment. Learn how to exercises at the Barre as well as simple ballet steps, including jumps and turns. Instructor: TBD.
