About this program

BeaYOUtiful Foundation invites female and non-binary identifying youth ages 9-12 years old to a FREE fun and empowering workshop where participants will explore self-confidence, self-worth, and the qualities that make them uniquely amazing. They will also explore ways to change negative talk into positive talk throughout their day to day lives. Through interactive activities, meaningful conversations, and creative expression, girls will build skills that help them feel confident, connected, and proud to be themselves. This workshop provides an inclusive, supportive and encouraging environment where girls can strengthen their confidence, develop positive self-esteem, and connect with peers through meaningful discussions and engaging activities
