This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation. Students will be guided through basic poses, simple breathing techniques, and light stretching in a supportive and welcoming environment. No previous experience necessary.  Just bring a mat, comfortable clothing and a willingness to move and connect with your body.
