About this program

A journey in experiential anatomy and organic movement improvisation to feel regulated and present in our bodies. In this class, we will develop a healthy dialogue with our mind-bodies building awareness through sensing, feeling and moving from within. Verbal cues and imagery about our body anatomy will help transform perception into expression and move into shared space through dance improvisation. Each class will have a focus on a different body part, and a different quality of energy. Drop in $20; space permitting.
