About this program

A recreational program building on skills learned in Future Flyers and other Britannia gymnastics classes, though athletes new to the sport are always welcome. This is not a competitive program. Training will be provided on balance beam, vault, bars, and floor. Athletes can wear a bodysuit or shorts and t-shirt - no socks permitted as they are a safety hazard. Long hair must be tied up. Participation in this class does not guarantee entrance into Britannia’s Performance Plus/Demo program, which is competitive.
