Britannia Community Services Centre Society 2025 Annual General Meeting. All those who are 16 years of age and older and who are members of the Society as of 9:00pm on September 3, 2025, are eligible to vote in the election and stand for election. Memberships are valid until December 31, 2025. Traditionally the AGM of the Britannia Community Services Centre Society has been held during the last week of May. This year the Board has voted to change the timeline and the AGM is to be held in September. Further AGM details will be shared closer to the meeting date at britanniacentre.org/agm For community members who would like to run for the Board, or vote for Board members at the AGM, you must be a member in good standing 14 days prior to the meeting. Membership is free and includes voting privileges as well as other benefits such as free drop-in times for the pool & fitness centre, and free programs & events.
