This program follows along with the coach for the duration of the program. This is a non-contact/non-sparing boxing program. Boxing room is located beside Gym C. Mon Wed Fri 7:00-9:00pm, Sat 12-2pm No class June 5, come celebrate Britannia's 50th Anniversary!
