Bronze Cross

About this program

Bronze Cross is designed for lifesavers who want the challenge of more advanced training, including an introduction to safety supervision. Candidates strengthen and expand their lifesaving skills and begin to apply the principles and techniques of active surveillance in aquatic facilities. Emphasis is on the importance of teamwork and communication in preventing and responding to aquatic emergencies. Participants must have completed Bronze Medallion. Candidate fees and course manuals are not included in the course fee. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less a 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
