Learn the art of Capoeira! Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines self-defense, dance, acrobatics, music and Brazilian culture. Participants will learn the fundamentals of capoeira while working on coordination, flexibility and endurance. Beginner friendly and inclusive environment for all. Waiver form must be completed for participation, to be handed in by first class.
