Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art, which combines martial art techniques with simple acrobatics and movements, making it a complete body workout that is both challenging and fun! Join our community and improve your balance, strength, flexibility, agility and learn a new art. Drop-ins are $14.29 ($15 incl. tax) and registrations run monthly, providing an effective rate of $10 per 1.5hr session.
