About this program

Capoeira is an amazing movement art for kids – it includes dance, martial arts, simple acrobatics, music, instruments and history. Kids will improve their strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, agility and rhythm, bolstering self-confidence & teamwork in a fun environment. Parents are invited to join and register for this class- a great way to get in shape and bond with your child. Free participation for parents when 2 kids are registered!
