Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art, which combines martial art techniques with simple acrobatics, and movements, making it a complete body workout. In addition it incorporates music and has a rich historical foundation. No Experience necessary. Course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. Drop-ins are $14.29 and registrations run monthly.
