About this program

This class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your core muscles through heart pumping cardio and core strengthening exercises. As of December 1, 2025, entry to fitness classes will not be permitted after the class has started. To best set yourself up for success we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your class.
