About this program

Learn pottery, sculpture and ceramic arts using all the equipment in the Mathers House. This course will cover wheel throwing, handbuilding, and glazing for our high-fire gas kiln, and will alternate between Studio C/D and the Pottery Studio. After being introduced to various building techniques, students are encouraged to explore their own ideas through individual projects. Returning students welcome. Supplies and firings included in the course fee. Students should wear old clothing. No class July 20. Instructor: Eris Fitz-James
