About this program
You have great ideas, but getting them to land clearly feels daunting. Communicating with Confidence is a hands-on, low-pressure workshop series designed to take the stress out of public speaking, communication, and presentations. Across three standalone sessions, we explore the core elements of communication: Yourself, Your Audience, and Your Content. This session focuses on your audience and reading the room. Communicating your thoughts and ideas doesn’t have to feel like a stressful performance; it can feel like a normal conversation. This workshop takes the pressure off you by shifting your focus outward. We’ll explore the real-world dynamics of human connection, look at the factors that affect how we communicate, and practice tools to adapt when a room feels cold. Through collaborative exercises, you’ll learn how to build a genuine, comfortable bridge with your listeners. Each workshop stands entirely on its own, so you can register for just one or explore all three to build your complete toolkit.
