While your curds drain, your instructor will prepare a warm cottage cheese pasta dish for the class to enjoy at the end. You’ll top it with your freshly made cottage cheese for a cozy, delicious tasting that shows just how versatile homemade cheese can be. Just bring a tupperware container or jar to take your fresh cottage cheese home in.
