Create Your First Mosaic Workshop

About this program

Join this hands-on introductory mosaic workshop and design and create your own beautiful 10x10 inch mosaic piece that you can proudly hang on your wall. Over two Saturdays (8 hours total), you will learn the complete process: designing your mosaic, cutting stained glass, gluing tiles, and grouting. No prior experience is necessary — just bring your creativity! All materials are provided. Each workshop runs in two 4-hour sessions on consecutive Saturdays. Jaime Giraldo (Religatio) is a multidisciplinary visual artist and classical animator. He holds a degree in Visual Arts from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a diploma in Classical Animation from Vancouver Film School. Working across media including glass, wood, clay, illustration, and animation, he brings a broad creative perspective to his teaching. He has extensive experience leading workshops for both adults and children, with a strong emphasis on safety and joyful learning.
