A Creative Hatha Yoga class with a balanced approach focusing on breath and visualizations. Learn to work within your own limits at a deeper level as you naturally develop improved body awareness, flexibility, and core strength. Enjoy the music and give yourself time for relaxation and meditation. We encourage participants to bring their own mat plus a foam block and any other items they feel they may need, such as a light blanket. No class Sept 30. Drop-ins $17, space permitting
