About this program

Celebrate Culture Days by discovering what makes our farming community unique and exploring the crops that grow all around us. Students will learn about perspective and depth while reflecting on the familiar fields they see every day. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding farmlands and crops including corn, blueberries and more will create a rural scene featuring rolling green fields using vibrant watercolours and oil pastels. This project celebrates the agricultural heritage of our community while encouraging observation, creativity, and an appreciation for the landscapes that connect us. All materials included. Registration is required. If you are no longer able to attend, please withdraw to allow somebody else to participate.
