About this program

The NorWest Cycle club are experienced cyclists accustomed to group riding. We ride Wednesdays and Fridays year-round with distances ranging from 45-75+ km. Most rides are at a moderate pace with emphasis on safety. While most rides are local (Greater Vancouver) there are a few out-of-town rides and two or three Hub and Spoke events per year. Local rides start at 9 a.m. from Prospect Point (10 a.m. winter) with stops for coffee and lunch (summer only) stops. Interested riders should contact pleroux@westvancouver.ca for more information.
