Practice drawing, sketching, and cartooning. Unlock your creativity by studying well-known cartoon characters as well as inventing original characters of your own. If less than 5 days notice is given, registration fees, less than a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded; registration fees are non-refundable once the program has started.
