About this program

An exploratory movement class combining improvisation and somatic work. I will guide the group through exercises, free movement, and sensing and observing the body with prompts, games, scores and more; we will work with ourselves (solo) and others (duets / group) to expand our range of tools for movement, dance, and physical expression. No experience necessary. Curiosity required. Drop-in $20
