About this program

This blended course provides the same certification as the full in-person option, with reduced classroom time. Participants complete 1–3 hours online before attending a 4-hour in-person session focused on hands-on skills. Training covers emergency response, airway, breathing and circulation emergencies, wound care, and CPR/AED for cardiac arrest. The course follows current Canadian Red Cross guidelines, with certification valid for 3 years. *WorksafeBC OFA Level 1 Equivalent*
