Step 1 : JURYING: vendors must register via this waitlist for Jurying, once approved by Mary deVries the vendor can then register for the Christmas Market. Items must be handmade with preference given to local vendors. Please email sample photos of your items for jurying to mdevries@westvancouver.ca Jury selection will occur August 24th-Oct 26th with confirmation emails being sent the first week of November. Once approval has been given, vendors must pay the registration fee in full for Market on Saturday Nov 28th IMPORTANT: All official communications regarding your application will be sent from an email address ending in @westvancouver.ca. We will never contact applicants using Gmail or other personal accounts. If you receive a message that seems suspicious, please contact us directly to verify at leisureguide@westvancouver.ca.
