This is a program for kids aged 5 to 12 and their parents/caregivers. Participants will be introduced to mindfulness techniques, yoga postures, and most importantly a kinder way to be with ourselves and the world. Taught by a former after-school care teacher, this is intended to help children and their families navigate the challenges of school and daily life through finding wholeness within ourselves first, connecting mind, body and spirit.
