About this program
Large selection of Life Fitness and Hammer Strength Pin Select, Cable and plate-load machines. Cardio room consists of a Concept 2 Rowing Machine, 4 Elliptical Trainers, Upright/ Recumbant bikes, 4 treadmills, 2 Power Step Mill and a Keiser Spin Bike. Monday to Friday 6am-9:45pm, Saturdays 9am-4:45pm and Sundays 10am-2pm. Statutory Holidays 10am-2pm. Early bird (6-9am) entrance requires a valid pass and the entrance is through the courtyard.
