About this program
Interested in working out but don’t know where to start? Our knowledgeable fitness staff will guide participants through a four week program teaching exercises to cover all components of a complete fitness program. At the end of the 4 weeks, participants will have a fitness program to follow and have the confidence to use the Fitness Centre on their own. The program will consist of one day a week where you will be guided on exercises and a second optional day where you can ask questions and work with a staff to help practice your exercises.
