About this program

Learn the fundamentals of deadlift technique through instruction, demonstration, and guided practice. This workshop focuses on basic deadlifting skills to improve confidence, form, and safety. Please note that a completed PAR-Q and Consent & Release are required. Maximum 4 registered. Registration is required. Fee is a Fitness Centre drop-in admission, or you can use your valid Flexi-pass or Usage pass.
