Learn the fundamentals of foam rolling technique through instruction, demonstration, and guided practice. This workshop focuses on basic foam rolling skills to improve confidence, form, and safety. Please note that a completed PAR-Q and Consent & Release are required. Maximum 4 registered. Registration is required. Fee is a Fitness Centre drop-in admission, or you can use your valid Flexi-pass or Usage pass.
